Hari ng Telebisyon Coco Martin is one of the most blessed people in the industry. Coming from a poor family , he had to work 10 times harder to succeed .
His remarkable rags to riches story – from being a janitor to, now, a total superstar is loved by Filipinos of all ages, status, and gender here in Philippines and abroad.
Although he is at the top of his game , he is still the same kind, generous, and loving guy who has never forgotten where he came from.
Coco’s kindness extends to his co-workers as well. Ms Hazel Parfan, the executive producer of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, received financial help from Coco for the education of her two children, Quiana Parfan (14) and Kenzii Parfan (10), both now enrolled in San Sebastian College Recoletos Manila.
Ms Hazel, who is also a close friend of Coco since his Walang Hanggan days, revealed that the actor’s help came as a surprise to her.
Malaking tulong talaga,” she added.
Hazel’s kids also expressed their gratefulness and promised their Kuya Coco that they will study hard and make him proud.
